You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or purchase a policy. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are enrolling dependants under the age of 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and have authority to act on their behalf.

To access certain features (member portal, provider portal, intermediary portal), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Failure to pay premiums on time may result in suspension or cancellation of your coverage.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or another user's account.
